A collection of concepts and relationships needed to model all the data and information collected in the process of surveillance, including surveillance inputs, methods, and outputs, across the animal and public health domains. It defines a common vocabulary for researchers who need to share information within and across the domains involved in One Health surveillance, as well as machine-interpretable definitions of these concepts and relations among them. It is one of the harmonisation resources that allow the process of data interoperability.
