The User preference-interest dataset is a comprehensive collection of preferences generated by a sequence of 6 regimes following the rules below: - initially, we have generated the preferences of 100k users with a catalog 20k items following 100 trends (preference/interest patterns) - 10k new users are added to the stream - 10% of new items are added to the stream - 20 trends are modified to simulate new taste - 29 new trends and 20k new users are added - 1k items and 10k users leaves the platform and they are removed from the catalog
